Biography

While operating three corporations; L House Ltd., Improbic Corporation and Aska Manhattan Co., Ltd., he has been earning his place in the record books in Japanese marketing industry. By mentioning a few, one of his achievements was earning sales to 100,000,000 yen (approximately $1,000,000) for one seminar with1000 participants and another was 200,000,000 yen on sales of on-line business for just one day.

In 2000, he started his own company; L House Ltd. By using direct response marketing as a main method, his real estate agency accomplished 1,000,000,000 yen as annual sales in three years although at the time the company only had 10 employees. In six years, it reached total sales of 7,300,000,000 yen. His uniquely successful marketing styles and sales know-how would be represented by the facts that two of their sales people could receive sixty-two orders or that their distribution of 50,000 fliers could attract 300 pairs of customers, which had been covered by over 30 companies in the mass media.

In 2002, tied up with NAC Co, Ltd., he set up “Low-Cost Housing Project”. Also for the purpose of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, in 2003 the president established Improbic Corporation where hosting “Senkyaku-Banrai Dojo, Tora no Ana (One-Hundred-Million Lucky Tiger)” as a marketing consultant, Hira turned a lot of participants to be successful.

In 2004, his life story has appeared on comic magazine; “Bic Comic” which is published by Shogakukan in its series called “Genki-sha Retsuden”. In 2005 Hira acceded to the post of chairperson of Incorporated NPO Association of Housing Law. In the same year, “Vicious Marketing Method” which was assembled by self-learned unique marketing know-how through his own experiences of consulting operations in real world was announced to the public too. With this method at the core, he has been encouraging the young by opening a path for them and hosing many seminars.

“Until I became forty years old, I was an ordinary business man with the annual income of 5,000,000 yen. Yet, after I gathered my courage and founded a new company, in just a few years this turned out to be a very successful one and I began to earn five hundred million a year. Suddenly unbelievable amounts of money came into my pockets and enabled me to start a new life style where there was no need to control my desires. From this point I had bought almost everything money could buy. I believed that I have finally reached the peak of happiness in my life.

However something was different. I noticed that this wouldn’t be the end and I wanted to step forward further. Then, my question was “what is the real end?”, “where is it?”, and “what is the thing I really want to pursue?”

In December, 2008, I determined to go out in the world for long journey all alone to find out my own way and also who I really am. To step forward…
